Planning a trip to Iceland from Dubai? You can now apply for a tourist visa from Dubai through Forever Tourism LLC. If you want to travel to Iceland from the UAE, you should apply for a tourist visa at an Iceland mission or a visa centre at least 30 days before your trip.

Visa Details

An Iceland long-term visa holder may stay in Iceland for up to 180 days, while an Iceland short-stay visa holder may only stay in Iceland for a maximum of 90 days. Note that you cannot extend your stay for more than 180 days. You are also allowed to travel inside the Schengen region with an Iceland long-stay visa. But the validity of the visa and the type of entry will be totally dependent on immigration.

Who Should Apply?

UAE residents with foreign nationalities who do not belong to any of the Schengen visa-exempt categories need to apply for an Iceland tourist visa.

Required Documents

• Completed and signed application form.
• One recent passport photograph (not older than 6 months) with a white background
• original and copy of the passport should be valid for at least 90 days beyond your intended stay
• and have at least two blank pages.
• Copies of residency visa and EID (which should be valid for at least 90 days beyond your intended stay)
• company letter of your employer, Valid trade licence, or a sponsorship letter from the sponsor
• Personal bank statements (more than AED 30,000 for past 3 months)
• Proof of accommodation
• Copy of flight reservation
• Travel insurance (The minimum cover should be of 30.000 EUR)

How to apply

• Determine the need for a visa based on your nationality and length of stay.
• Choose the correct visa type based on the purpose of your visit.
• Book an appointment to visit the visa centre with Forever Tourism.
• Gather all required documents and get verified along with the application.
• Submit your application and biometric information at the visa centre.
• Pay the visa fee and wait for the processing.

The visa application must be submitted at least 15 days before the intended travel date, and the processing time can take up to 15 calendar days from the day after application submission. Fees vary depending on the applicant's age and the type of visa.
