No Refund Policy

This document sets forth the no refund policy that constitutes the legal framework for all services provided by Forever Tourism LLC. By utilizing our services, you, the client, agree to comply with this strict no refund policy, which is essential to the contract between you and Forever Tourism LLC.
1. Scope of Services
Forever Tourism LLC offers a comprehensive range of travel services, including visa processing, flight reservations, curated tour packages, and hotel bookings, primarily targeting UAE residents. This no refund policy applies uniformly to all services we provide.
2. No Refunds Under Any Circumstances
Once a payment is made for any service, it becomes non-refundable. This includes fees paid for visa processing, airline tickets, tour packages, and any other services offered by Forever Tourism LLC. Clients are advised to thoroughly review their choices and make all necessary decisions before finalizing their purchases.
3. Documentation and Commitment
Clients are responsible for submitting all required documentation promptly. Inability to provide the necessary documents may lead to delays in service but does not entitle the client to a refund. We handle all documents with the utmost care and confidentiality.
4. Payment and Fees
Full payment is required upfront for all services. Once made, this payment is non-refundable under all circumstances, including any cancellations or modifications initiated by the client or due to external factors.
5. Credit Note Option
Instead of refunds, we may provide a credit note if the client is unable to use the service they have paid for. This credit is valid for 90 days and may be applied towards any service offered by Forever Tourism LLC. The original booking agent should coordinate the use of this credit note.
6. Processing Time and Approval
The processing times for services are approximate and subject to change. Our no refund policy remains effective regardless of any delays or variations in estimated processing times. Approvals or rejections of services, such as visa applications, are determined by external authorities, and our no refund policy applies regardless of the outcome.
7. Changes to Terms and Emphasis on No Refunds
We reserve the right to modify these terms without prior notification. Clients are encouraged to review these terms periodically. Any changes will not affect the fundamental nature of this no refund policy.
8. Legal Framework and Compliance
This policy adheres to UAE Consumer Protection Laws and aims to ensure transparency and fairness in our dealings with clients. Clients are expected to fully understand and accept this no refund policy as a condition of service.
