Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation by Client: If the client decides to cancel the visa service before the agency has started the application process, a full or partial refund may be available, minus any administrative fees. Once the application process has commenced, the service fee may be partially or fully non-refundable, depending on the stage of the application.
  • Cancellation due to incomplete or incorrect documentation: If the application cannot be processed due to incomplete or incorrect documentation provided by the client, the service fee may be partially refundable, excluding costs incurred by the agency.
  • Visa Denial: In the event of visa denial by the Brazilian consulate or embassy, the service fee paid to the agency for visa assistance is generally non-refundable, as the fee is for service provision and not the visa outcome.
  • Changes in Visa Policy: If changes in Brazilian visa policy after the application has been submitted result in the cancellation of the visa application, the agency will work with the client to adjust the application according to new requirements, if possible. Refund policies in such scenarios would be subject to the terms of service agreed upon at the time of service engagement.
