- Passport Copy: A clear and valid copy of your passport. Ensure your passport has at least 6 months validity from the date of your intended entry into Azerbaijan.
- Digital Photo: One digital photograph with a white background. The photo should be recent (no older than 6 months) to accurately reflect your current appearance.
- Hotel and Flight Reservations: Proof of your accommodation and travel plans. Ensure your hotel booking aligns with your stay duration and your flight reservations confirm your entry and exit dates.
Visa Inclusion
- Comprehensive Application Review: Our team will meticulously review your application and documents to ensure accuracy and completeness before submission.
- Customer Support: Access our customer support team for any inquiries or assistance you may need throughout the application process.
- E-Visa Delivery: Upon approval, your E-Visa will be sent directly to your email, ready for printing and use for travel.
Visa Exclusion
- Consular Fees: Where applicable, the applicant is responsible for covering any application fees paid directly to the embassy or consulate.
- Personal Travel Insurance: Applicants are responsible for obtaining their own travel insurance. We highly recommend securing comprehensive travel insurance for your trip.
- Transportation and Accommodation: Airfare, hotel bookings, and other travel expenses are not included. Applicants must arrange their own travel and accommodation.
- Expedited Processing: Standard processing times apply. Expedited services, if needed, may incur additional charges.
Cancellation Policy
- After Submission: Once your application has been submitted to the embassy or relevant authority, we cannot offer a refund due to the processing and governmental fees involved.
- E-Visa Issuance: After the E-Visa has been issued, no refunds can be provided as the service has been fully rendered.
- Changes and Corrections: If changes are required after submission due to errors or omissions, additional charges may apply to correct and resubmit your application.
