When you arrive in Dubai, we will issue you a new tourist visa for 30 or 60 days. The clearance time for immigration varies; sometimes you get your visa in a matter of minutes, and sometimes it takes 24 to 28 hours if your visa is subjected to a security check.
Online Airport-to-Airport Visa Change Process
- Send your document via WhatsApp: Send all necessary documents, like a previous visa copy, a clear colour scan of your passport, and a photo of the visitor with a white background. Don't forget to send the residence visa page of the reference person.
- Make Payment: After submitting the paperwork, make the payment online. Book a Visa Change Ticket We will book a visa change ticket during open time slots. A visa change ticket is a specific ticket that includes a visa change stamp.
- Get an exit stamp and a pass. Arrive at the airport atleast 3 hours prior your flight time. Once you pass immigration and get a boarding pass, inform us.
- Fly and Come Back: Fly to the nearest Emirates for some time and come back to the UAE.

Cancellation Policy

- Before Visa Approval: Cancellations made before visa processing and approval may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to administrative fees.
- After Visa Approval: Once the visa has been issued, no refunds can be provided for cancellations.
- No-Show: Failure to utilise the visa without prior cancellation notification will result in forfeiture of the visa fee.
