Package Exclusion

- Personal Belongings: Avoid carrying heavy luggage or large accessories like earrings and bracelets during the activity.
Cancellation Policy
- Non-Refundable Tickets: All tickets are non-refundable once purchased. This policy is in place to manage scheduling and resource allocation efficiently.
- Original ID required: Bring your original passport or Emirates ID to be presented at the counter.
- Health and Safety: Participants should be in good medical condition, not under the influence of substances, and not pregnant to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
- Weight and Height Requirements: Participants must weigh between 40 and 120 kg and be at least 122 cm tall.
- Minors: Participants who are younger than 18 must adhere to the height and weight requirements and have a signed waiver from a parent or legal guardian with them.
- Preparation: Arrive 30 minutes before your booked time slot and wear sunblock and comfortable clothing suitable for the activity.
